06-22-19 -- VASILEVSKIY WINS VEZINA TROPHY AS NHL TOP GOALTENDER
Congratulations to Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender, Andrei Vasilevskiy, who was awarded the Vezina Trophy as the best goaltender in the NHL. Vasilevskiy received the award during the NHL Award Ceremony held in Vegas.
During the 2018-19 season, Vasy started 53 games compiling an impressive 39 wins, 10 losses and 4 OT losses with a .925 save percentage and a GAA of 2,40. Vasilevskiy was also selected in the 2019 NHL All-Star game that was held in San Jose, California. This was the second consecutive season Vasilevskiy received aVezina nominations.

05-06-19 -- BEN GIBBON NAMED NSMMHL 1ST ALL-STAR TEAM AND TEAM MVP
Congrats to Pro Tek Goaltender student and junior instructor, Ben Gibbon, for being named to the Nova-Scotia Major Midget Hockey League 1st All-Star team for the 2018-19 season. Ben had a great season posting a .918s% and being name team MVP.

05-15-19 --Mathias Savoie wins Midget AAA Best Goalie Award and League Championship
A huge congrats to long time Pro Tek Goaltending student, Mathias Savoie, for a dominating season in the NB-PEI Midget AAA league. Mathias was awarded the Best Goaltender award, finishing the regular season with a .919s%, 1,98GAA, 15 wins and 3 losses.
In the playoffs, Mathias was even better leading his team to the league championship with a .955s% 1,13GAA.
Remember this name...outstanding work ethic, passion and drive....Congrats Mathias, we are very proud of you!

04-23-19 -- JUSTIN BOUDREAU HELPS MATHIEU-MARTIN HIGH SCHOOL WIN THE NB PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Congratulations to long time Pro Tek Goaltending student, Justin Boudreau on leading the Mathieu-Martin Matadors to the NB High School Provincial Championship. With great ethic and dedication, great things happen! Congrats Justin!
