Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender, Andrei Vasilevskiy, has been nominated for the Vezina trophy by the NHL for the second consecutive season. The Vezina trophy is awarded each year to the best goaltender in the NHL. During the 2018-19 season, Vasy started 53 games compiling an impressive 39 wins, 10 losses and 4 OT losses with a .925 save percentage and a GAA of 2,40. Vasilevskiy was also selected in the 2019 NHL All-Star game that was held in San Jose, California.

Andrei Vasilevskiy has been working with Tampa Bay Lightning Goaltender Coach and Pro Tek Goaltending owner-operator, Frantz Jean, since his draft year which was in 2012.
