Admirals Set AHL Record
Congratulations to the Tampa Bay Lightning farm team, the Norfolk Admirals who, last weekend, beat the all-time AHL consecutive wins record of 17 wins in a row by blanking the Charlotte Checkers (Carolina Huricains) 5 to 0 in Charlotte.
During this stretch, both Tampa Bay Lightning prospect goaltenders, Dustin Tokarski and Jaroslav Janus, beat the Admirals franchise record for most consecutive wins by a goaltender wth 8 and 10 consecutive wins respectively.
Tampa Bay Lightning Goaltending Coach and Pro Tek Goaltending Owner, Frantz Jean, said that "This team and individual success is a testament of the quality of work Dustin, Jaroslav and the rest of the players have been doing in the past few months. To accomplish this type of record in any league is outstanding. They can certainly be very proud of the consistancy they have developped over the last 6 months."
Thériault signs with Victoriaville (QMJHL)
Pro Tek Goaltending would like to congratulate Marc Theriault from Town of Mount Royal QC, who signed as a free agent with the Victoriaville Tigres of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
Marc as been a Pro Tek Goaltending student for many years and is also a Junior Instructor in our winter clinics and summer camps.
His success is a reflection of his hard work, passion and dedication to his on-ice training and off-ice work.

Nagle is ECHL Goalie of the week
Pat Nagle of the Florida Everblades is the Reebok Hockey ECHL Goaltender of the Week for Feb. 13-19.
The 24-year-old was 3-0-0 with a goals-against average of 1.63 and a save percentage of .944 last week in three appearances last week.
Nagle made 19 saves in a 4-3 overtime win against South Carolina on Wednesday, turned aside 34 shots in a 4-1 win over the Stingrays on Friday and ended the week with 32 saves in a 5-3 victory over the Stingrays on Saturday.
A native of Bloomfield, Mich., Nagle has appeared in 34 games with the Everblades this season posting a record of 17-12-3 with one shutouts, a 2.86 goals-against average and a save percentage of .904.
A rookie under contract to Tampa Bay of the National Hockey League, Nagle played four seasons at Ferris State University compiling an overall record of 45-42-11 with five shutouts, a 2.32 goals-against average and a save percentage of .917.
Nagle works on a weekly basis with Tampa Bay Lightning Goaltending Coach, Frantz Jean.
