Norfolk Admirals Wins Calder Cup!
Congratulations to the Tampa Bay Lightning farm team, the Norfolk Admirals for winning the 2012 Calder Cup!
Norfolk swept the Toronto Marlies with a 6-1 win in game 4 in Toronto.

Norfolk goaltender, Dustin Tokarski was once again outstanding during the finals registering a 0.97 GAA and a .958 Save Percentage.
Tokarski finished the post season as the best goalie in the AHL in the wins, goal against average and savev percentage playoff categories. In 14 playoff games he compiled a 12 wins, 2 loses, 1.46 GAA and a .944 Save Percentage.
The other Admirals goaltender, Jaroslav Janus, also had a solid post season. In 4 starts, Janus finshed the playoffs with 3 wins and 1 loss, 1.69 GAA and ,937 save percentage.
Both goalies work on a weekly basis with Tampa Bay Lightning Goaltending Coach, Frantz Jean.
Fred Foulem Scores Scholarship with Stanstead College
Long time Pro Tek Goaltending student, Fred Foulem, as just agreed to a scholarship to attend Stantead College in Quebec and play for there Varsity team, the Spartans.
Fred progression has been constant for the past couple of year and that is directly related to the quality of his work ethic and his attention to details.
Congrats Fred and we wish you success in this new phase of your hockey career!
The Norfolk Admirals reach the AHL Finals
Congratulations to the American Hockey League Norfolk Admirals, Tampa Bay Lightning's farm team, for reaching the Calder Cup finals with a 4 wins sweep of the Winnipeg Jets farm team, the St John's IceCaps.
Admirals goaltender, Dustin Tokarski, played all 4 games in the series win compiling a .989 save percentage and a 0.50 goals against average.
Tokarski works on a weekly basis with Tampa Bay Lightning Goaltending Coach and Pro Tek Goaltending Owner and Head instructor, Frantz Jean.
The hardest work is ahead for Tokarski and the Admirals. They will face either the Toronto Marlies (Toronto Maple Leafs) or the Oklahoma City Barons (Edmonton Oilers) in the finals.

Pro Tek Coach Gilles Lefebvre wins 2nd Memorial Cup
Congratulations to the Shawinigan Cataractes Goaltending Coach and Pro Tek Goaltending Coach, Gilles LeFebvre, for winning his 2nd Memorial Cup.
Gilles, an ex-NHL Goaltender Coach with Pittsburgh, Atlanta and New York Islanders, as been working in the QMJHL since the 90's. He won his first Memorial Cup with the Gatineau Olympiques more then a decade ago.
Lefebvre has been a Pro Tek Goaltending Coach since day one and a friend of Tampa Bay Lightning Goaltending Coach and Pro Tek Owner, Frantz Jean, for more then 20 years.
Congrats Gilles, job well done!!!
Pat Nagle and the Florida Everbaldes win Kelly Cup (ECHL)
Congratulations to Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Pat Nagle. Nagle and Tampa Bays East Coast Hockey League affiliate, the Florida Everblades, have won the Kelly Cup with a 4 wins to 1 final series victory over Las Vegas.
Nagle played 6 games in the playoffs compiling a 1,42 Goal against average and a .941 save percentage.
Pat works weekly with Lightning Goaltending Coach and Pro Tek Goaltending Owner and Head Instructor, Frantz Jean.
Congrats to Pat and the Everblades for a great championship run!!
