03-16-16-- RIOPEL BREAKS NORFOLK FRANCHISE RECORD WITH 54 SAVES PERFORMANCE
Congratulations to Tampa Bay Lightning prospect and Pro Tek coach, Nicola Riopel, who broke the ECHL Norfolk Admirals saves in a game franchise record tonight with a 54 saves performance.
Riopel lead his team to a 5-2 win over Elmira with 54 saves on 56 shots. This season, Nicola holds a 9-12-1 record with a solid .920s% and 2,59GAA. Rio is in the top 10 in the ECHL for save percentage.
Riopel has been working with Tampa Bay Lightning Goaltending Coach and Pro Tek Goaltending Lead Instructor, Frantz Jean, since 2006.

03-14-16 -- PRO TEK COACH KATHY DESJARDINS WINS CWHL CLARKSON CUP WITH CALGARY INFERNO
Congrats to Pro Tek Coach, Kathy Desjardins, who just won the Womens Canadian Hockey League Clarkson Cup with the Calgary Inferno.
Kathy, who played here university hockey with les Aigles Bleues de l'Université de Moncton, helped the Inferno beat Montreal in an upset final game at Canadian Tire Center in Ottawa.
Kathy will once again be part of the Pro Tek Goaltending Coaching staff in our Brossard camps this summer.

03-02-16 -- VASILEVSKIY SELECTED ON TEAM RUSSIA FOR THE 2016 WORLD CUP OF HOCKEY
Congratulations to Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender, Andrei Vasilevskiy, who was selected today as one of the 3 goaltenders for the Russian Team for the 2016 World Cup of Hockey.

Vasilevskiy, who's no stranger to international competition, played 3 years in a row for Team Russia at the World Junior Championships and played in 2014 in the World Hockey Championship winning the gold medal with Team Russia.
This season, the 21 year old, who is in his first full season in the NHL, holds a 7-5-1 record with a .918 save percentage and a 2,36 goals against average.
For the past 2 seasons, Vasilevskiy has been working daily with Tampa Bay Lightning Goaltending Coach and Pro Tek Goaltender Owner and Lead Instructor, Frantz Jean. Jean started to work with Vasilevskiy following is draft by the Lightning in June 2012.

03-07-16 -- TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING SIGN PRO TEK INSTRUCTOR NIC RIOPEL
We are proud to announce that the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning just signed Pro Tek Instructor and QMJHL Moncton Wildcats Alumni, Nicola Riopel, for the reminder of the season.

Riopel, who plays this season with the Norfolk Admiral of the ECHL, was originaly a 5th round pick of the Philadlphia Flyers in the 2009 entry draft. This season, in 22 games, Riopel has a 7W 11L 1OTL .918 save percentage and a 2,64 goals against average.
Congratulations Nic....Hard work, perseverance and determination do pay off!
03-02-16 -- BISHOP SELECTED ON TEAM USA ROSTER FOR THE 2016 WORLD CUP OF HOCKEY
Congratulations to Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Ben Bishop for his selection to the Team USA roster for the 2016 World Cup of Hockey.
Bishop, who was also selected for the 2016 Bridgestone NHL All-Star game la February, will be wearing team USA's jersey for the second time since turning pro. He represented the US during the 2013 World Championship.

This season, Bishop holds a 27-17-3 record with a .925 save percentage and 2,06 goal against average.
For the past 3 seasons, Bishop works daily with Tampa Bay Lightning Goaltender Coach and Pro Tek Goaltending Owner and Lead Instructor, Frantz Jean.
